All orders are shipped via reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

A standard shipping charge of ₹90 is applied to all domestic orders.

Orders are dispatched within 4 working days from the payment date.

Delivery typically takes 4 to 10 working days (excluding unexpected delays like weather, strikes, etc.).

You will receive tracking updates via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

💸 Refund & Return Policy

🔔 Important:

To be eligible for return or refund, you must record an unboxing video before opening the package. This video acts as proof in case of damage.

✅ Return Eligibility:

We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged during transit, or

You receive a defective or broken item

And we are notified within 24 hours of delivery

📩 How to Report a Damaged Product

Email us at:  sunikshajewellers@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include the following in your email:

          Unboxing video clearly showing the package from all sides before opening

           Clear photos of the damaged item

Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
(Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.)

🔄 Replacement / Refund Process

If the product is in stock, we’ll send a replacement.

if the product is out of stock, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7–12 working days (initial shipping charge is non-refundable).

No action will be taken if proper proof is not provided or submission is delayed beyond 24 hours.
